Return Conditions

  • The Tumbler Stainless Steel must not show signs of use, such as scratches, dents, or residue, and all components, such as lids or straws, must be included.
  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required.

How to Make a Return?

  2. If the return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and provide instructions on how and where to send the package back.
  3. Packages without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
